Destilaria Montemorense it´s a distillery founded in 1893, with 124 years of existence. The liquors produced use local aromatic herbs that are distilled in copper stills by the traditional methods of manufacture.
This feasibility explored how the industrial and production requirements can be combined with a front of house/exhibition route where the history of the company and licours could be enjoyed both by locals and visitors generating a further tourism attraction to the city.
