Two residential schemes in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham with two distinct urban settings led to two different responses with a total of 140 homes delivered.

Despite each site having its own context to respond to and constraints to address we have developed both schemes in parallel under a tight program to meet.

We had the opportunity to produce two spectacular solid timber models to explain the architectural proposals.
