Braamcamp Palace Hotel was my first building survey delivered while doing my Part III in Lisbon.
This was a short feasibility supported by a survey carried out by the team to assess the viability of converting this palace in a prime area of the historic city centre into a Hotel with car parking.
It was very to have carried out the survey within the office as we were already developing the proposal as we were surveying the differente areas with different heritage values.
