The New Regent's College & The Makers was the first project that I followed from beginning to the end as Project Architect and it was also here I became an Associate Architect!

This was a very complex project to co-locate a school with 175 residential homes in a highly dense urban area of town whilst providing a new public real along Jasper Walk to improve the urban permeability through the site and a new entrance to the residential scheme.

It was my first full-blown BIM level 2 from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 5 and yes, Navisworks Manage became my best friend to review and lead the coordination across the design team and contractors.  The school achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
